Equipment and Space Guidelines
Respect the Equipment
Please handle all studio equipment with care. Any damages caused by negligence will result in additional fees.
Respect the Space
Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Keep the studio clean and tidy and please dispose of trash properly before leaving.
No Food or Drinks Near Equipment
Food and drinks must be kept in designated areas to prevent spills and damage to equipment.
Our studio equipment represents a significant investment and is essential for producing quality work. Treating both the equipment and space with respect ensures that everyone can enjoy a professional environment. Please report any equipment issues to staff immediately rather than attempting repairs yourself.
Health and Safety Regulations
No Smoking Policy
To ensure a clean and healthy environment, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and outside the studio. This policy protects our equipment, maintains air quality, and ensures comfort for all users.
Guest Limitations
To avoid overcrowding, limit additional guests to a maximum of 8 people unless otherwise approved in advance. This helps maintain a safe working environment and prevents unnecessary distractions.
Our health and safety regulations are designed to protect both our clients and our equipment. Maintaining appropriate occupancy levels helps ensure everyone has adequate space to work comfortably and safely. If you need to accommodate more guests, please discuss this with us when booking.
Attendance and Booking Policies
Punctuality
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not result in extended session time. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to set up and prepare for your session.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance according to our current policy. This helps us manage our schedule efficiently and fairly for all clients.
Respecting time boundaries is crucial in a studio environment where multiple sessions may be scheduled back-to- back. Your punctuality helps us maintain our schedule and provide the best service to all clients.
Code of Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of disrespectful behavior, harassment (including sexual harassment) or vandalism, which will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Our studio is a creative space where professionals come to produce their best work. We expect all clients and their guests to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. This includes respecting the privacy and work of others who may be using adjacent spaces.
By booking our studio, you agree to abide by these rules and understand that violations may result in the termination of your session, potential loss of deposit, and possible restrictions on future bookings. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a positive, productive environment for everyone.
